At least in front of Idina, he didn’t want to be that cruel.

“Would you like to go together?”

“Where?”

Killian lifted Idina’s hand and gently kissed her neat fingers.

“I have something prepared for my omega.”

He then gently lifted the corners of his lips, and Idina’s ears turned red. She looked expectant. In Killian’s eyes, it looked so lovely.

When asked again where she was going, Killian put his index finger to his lips as if it was a secret. So Idina tilted her head and walked down the palace hallway with his affectionate escort.

A procession of maids and servants followed behind them. However, it seemed as if Killian had given some order a while ago, as they were watching from behind.

What on earth could it be?

At this point, Idina was almost filled with anticipation, wondering what he had prepared for her. Feeling her heart pounding slightly, Idina followed him.

She followed him, smiling for some reason, and when Idina stumbled a little, Killian smiled and said.

“I guess it’s hard to walk since you’re getting close to giving birth?”

“It’s okay. The palace doctor said that it’s better to walk on flat ground even if my body gets heavy. It’s much better than lying down.”

But after she finished speaking, a staircase appeared in front of them. It was before Idina could even stretch her legs.

“Then that means the places that aren’t flat aren’t okay, right?”

“Ah, Killian!”

Suddenly, Killian lifted Idina up in a princess-like position, and Idina kicked her feet in surprise.

“What are you doing, let me down quickly……!”

There were more than a few people following behind. Of course, they were well-educated enough to maintain a poker face no matter what Killian and Idina did, but that didn’t help her embarrassment.

However, Killian pretended to stagger in time with her struggling, surprising her once again.

“Wait, wait, Idina! I might drop you.”

Idina’s eyes widened as she felt like she was really going to hit the floor, and a short scream escaped her mouth. But Killian, who seemed like his posture would collapse at any moment, leisurely picked her up again and laughed playfully.

“Coward Idina.”

“You were joking?!” 

“Of course, you think I can’t even lift you? If you were double your weight, it would be no problem.”

“You’re really being mean.”

When Idina lightly pinched his cheek, Killian laughed even louder. Idina was too fun to tease, which was the problem. This innocent woman was so lovable, no matter how many times she was fooled. 

She also leaned cutely when she was in his arms. Although it was a bit awkward, Idina leaned her head against Killian’s. Then he adjusted his position so that she could be held more comfortably.

Killian looked down at Idina leaning well on his arms and whispered in her ear. 

“Don’t worry about gaining weight. Eat more. It’ll be hard to give birth to our twins. Right?” 

“I already binge eat every day.”

Recently, Idina has been eating two baskets of fruit every day, and she has been eating twice as much rice as before she got pregnant.

Idina looked down at her belly worriedly and stroked her round mound.

“Were our children were hungry in their past life?”

Killian let out a breathy laugh at Idina’s mumbling. Idina’s worries were so creative that his mind couldn’t even imagine them, and it was fun.

“What does it matter? We just have to feed them a lot from now on. More importantly, Idina…….”

“Huh?”

“It’s okay to worry about the child, but stop and look ahead.”

Idina opened her eyes wide and followed his words as he said. The place where Killian’s feet stopped was the huge greenhouse in the palace. Idina blinked and tilted her head.

The place Killian brought Idina to was none other than a restaurant. This was not a regular restaurant for everyday use, but a place that was originally open for banquets. Today, even though there weren’t many people, there were still things prepared inside. 

As soon as he opened the door, he saw Idina with sparkling eyes and let her down. Then, Idina walked inside as if possessed and laughed. 

“What is this?” 

“Well, Idina, these are the things you wanted to eat.”

In the middle of the restaurant, a long table covered with a white tablecloth was filled with strawberry dishes.

There were even many different types of strawberries. There were the typical triangular ones, and there were round ones. And there were not only fresh strawberries, but also frozen strawberries, strawberry pudding, and strawberry cakes. It was a strawberry paradise.

It was a gift prepared by Killian, who had been paying attention to Idina. She had been singing about wanting to eat strawberries recently.

Idina covered her mouth in surprise, but then felt her mouth watering and she blushed in surprise. Seeing her ears redden like strawberries, Killian grabbed her arm and escorted her further inside.

“Did I win against Her Majesty the Empress?”

He could already read her mind by looking at Idina’s sparkling eyes, but Killian insisted on asking. Then Idina opened her eyes wide like a puppy and replied.

“You were jealous of Her Majesty the Empress?”

“I’m jealous of everything that catches your eye, Idina.”

He might not be qualified to be a father, as he was worried that Idina would neglect him after giving birth.

That’s why Killian had already made up his mind. He would raise the children to be strong, and independent.
