Side Story 1 

“Good job.”

Currently, there are two letters in front of Emperor Escass. One contained someone’s bad news, and the other contained… some news that Killian couldn’t quite figure out whether to call good news or not.

He could guess what the two letters in front of him contained, but he just leaned back on the chair he was sitting in. A somewhat arrogant attitude appeared on his face.

Killian asked his father with a twisted mouth.

“You’re not expecting me to regret it, are you?”

There was a hint of sarcasm hidden. Emperor Escass, who couldn’t help but notice, let out a faint sigh.

It was about the Duke of Lilles.
